The primary duties of this role are:

  • Provider of dental hygiene treatment and maintenance
  • Build value for case acceptance of ideal dental care irrespective of what is covered by insurance

This is a full-time 30-32 hours/week position. Workdays are Monday – Thursday. Administrative coverage on select Fridays and pre-scheduled weeks the office is closed.

  • Previous Dental Experience (Five years minimum)
  • Local anesthesia permit and proficiency in administration thereof
  • Time management to keep up with workflow and your own instruments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft
  • Sense of urgency – Things can’t happen tomorrow
  • Quick learner with the ability to make quick and sound decisions
  • Experience working with professional clientele
  • Ability to see all patients without any preconceptions as to what they might want or be able to afford
  • A desire to contribute and enhance the growth and mission of Design In Dentistry
  • A “roll-up-your-sleeves mentality” and a “do-whatever-it-takes attitude”
  • Finds a way to have a positive attitude, even in difficult situations
